Default Clean or replace fuel injectors? How to properly do this?

I have a 2.2L and I was curious on whether to replace or just clean up the injectors. I had nearly 6 years ago had a rough idling issue and began with replacing motor mounts, adjusting the idle screw, and it still ran rough. I also cleaned Throttle Body, Fast Idle Thermo Valve, Idle Air Control Valve, EGR Chamber, and cleaned off the fuel injectors, and as of the day I did the cleaning it still didnt smooth out. It did finally smooth out after about a week later from doing all this...still dont know which step fixed it, or why it took a few days to smooth out?

I think I will try again cleaning what I can since it has been 37,000 miles since the last time and its running rough again.
Here are some pics from the last time I did this, Im guessing I'll see close to the same. While I have it apart whats the best way to deal with the injectors?

I remember only spraying off the ends with carb cleaner and popping them back in, I assumed they all work. Never tried learning how to test them.

Find somewhere that can clean them ultrasonically, them have them flow tested.

I use a can of seafoam regularly, seems to keep them working well. It is also good for valve train. Good luck!
