Default ex harness with b16? help

I have a 97 civic dx that I b16a2 swapped, I picked up a obd2a ex harness for my b16a2 and everything plugged in okay except the cfs sensor. the harness has 3 wire plug and my cfs sensor has a 2 wire, what should I do to hook this up? also I cant find the secondary O2 sensor plug. another question I have is there is a 2 wire circular plug that is pretty long and it goes no where. I think it is for the power steering but I have manual steering. am I mistaken? someone help please

I still have to extend vtec wires and 02 but I'll worry about that later I just need to figure out what's going on with this cfs plug and the other random plug I think is for the power steering?

On the CKF plug conversion, simply de-pin the three wires from the civic harness and tape back the brown wire to the harness and insert the remaining two wires into a plug that will fit the two-wire CKF plug found at the B16A oil pump. The secondary O2 sensor is not found on the engine harness in an EX... it is in the chassis harness and comes through the floor in front of the shifter. You will have to manually add wires for the secondary O2 sensor plug if you wish to utilize it. If you convert to OBD-1 and a tunable engine management solution, you can simply turn off the second O2 sensor and no wiring is necessary. If the long two wire circular plug has a black wire and a green wire in it... it is the P/S pressure switch connector and it would be connected to the switch found on the P/S high pressure line near the firewall and just above the rear K-member. Since you have no power steering... it goes to nothing so you can just zip tie it up and out of the way.

your a hero thank you so much, I think I might have to add the secondary 02 because of inspection, I think it will throw a code then it wont pass unless there is a way around passing inspection without throwing a code for the secondary 02, can you bypass it and trick the computer? will the car run bad with only one 02 sensor?

The secondary O2 sensor is only used to detect catalyst function... it has no bearing on engine function. You can try to use a "fouler" to get the secondary O2 sensor out of the direct exhaust stream... it might work, it might not.
