06 accord v6 6spd engine blown

06 accord v6 6spd engine blown

needs and engine junkyard has a j30a5 with 105k for 800 or I can get a j32a3 04-05 tl engine with 80k for 700 the 3.2 bolts right in no modification right???

I'm about 99% sure you can use the J32A3; the only concern I have is there may be a small difference in the height of the intake system and there may not be enough clearance for the hood to shut. If you can get to the bone yards, measure from the center of the crank to the highest point of the intake plenum and then compare the two.
