Default Multiple high circuit codes. p0118 p0102 p0113 p2649

2008 honda accord. Installed rebuilt engine. Will not start and have following codes. p0118 p0102 p0113 p2649. The radiator fans come on as soon as I turn on ignition. Engine temp gauge also climbs to hot with ignition on. I checked engine temp, with and without jumper scan tool indicates -40c. I'm not getting voltage to sensor nor a ground reference. With multiple high circuit codes I assume I have a power or ground issue but can not find. I did check engine ground and it's good. Not sure where to go from here.

  • When you said you checked engine ground, did you check G101?
  • Check Under-hood Fuse No. 17 (15A).
  • Check connectors to the ECM/PCM.
  • Check the battery terminal connection. Also check the battery negative connection on the chassis.

P0102 and P0113 are related to the MAF/IAT combo sensor. Check the connector and sensor.
