Im trying to swap my d16 with a new engine that has lower miles. What are some engines that are compatible with my automatic 2000 honda civic lx?

 

Your ECU is mapped specifically to your engine and transmission which wouldn’t be much of an issue if it were a manual transmission equipped car. That being said, a lot of engines will bolt right up, but may have running issues and a perpetual check engine light.

My advice is to stick with exactly the kind of engine you have for a replacement.
