97 civic b18 motor have to give it gas to turn on mostly on cold starts if not car won't stay on have to keep foot on gas for a couple seconds then it runs fine and it runs fine on high rpms need some help tryna figure what it is thank y'all

Possible IACV. Pull it off to clean and inspect.
