Icon5 D16Y7 to D16Z5 ???

Hello everyone.
I blew my old D16Y7 motor, so I decided to make a slightly more powerful swap for my car. It's '99 ek coupe. I've bought D16Z5 full engine block with only engine harnesses and PM7 ECU. The seller did not give me ECU harnesses (I'm not a native English speaker, so I don't know how they're exactly called. I don't have harnesses that goes from ECU and connects with engine harnesses).

Stuff that I have for my swap:
Blown D16Y7 engine with all harnesses and P2E ECU
New D16Z5 engine with PM7 ECU and only engine harnesses

I have a few questions to ask:
  1. Is this swap even possible?
  2. Which ECU is more convenient to use in my situation? (I just want to make this swap as easy as possible)

This is my very first swap, so I only want to make it work and it would be cool if I don't get any Christmas-Tree-Lights on my dashboard. I would be grateful for any information that I get.

P.S. Merry Christmas (I'm late here a little...heheh...) and a happy New Year!
