Buying a used car need advice
Hello I’m a college student and I’m purchasing my first car and it happens to be a Honda CRV 2004 I was wondering if you guys could tell me anything I should look out for. I had my friends dad go with me and look at the car everything seemed all right. I don’t have much money so it is a used car and it has very high mileage on it I think it’s 140,000. The break pads were good, transmission belt was tight no cracks either, and etc. my friends dad told me to ask online to Honda enthusiasts if there is anything I should be aware of with this model and brand of car. 140k not high miles for a Honda. I bought a 2003 crv LX from a PA dealer {Ebay} with 285k. I recommend changing transm and engine oil, No issues with mine, currently at 315k mi.
