Default Diagnostic help needed: 1990 CRX b16a2 swap - Radiator issue

1990 CRX b16a2 swap. Radiator fan quit working on me and I'm not sure what happened. I jumped the coolant temp switch and still nothing. I am getting 12v all the way to the fan but apparently my ground isn't functioning. When I pull the ground wire from the fan and hook it straight to a body ground the fan fires right up but stays running constantly until I turn the key back off. Where should I start? Fuse is good, swapped relays, jumped temp switch already and nothing. Where does this ground go to?

Do you have a schematic of the radiator fan or control of radiator fan?
Is the control box on the power side or ground side.
Assuming it is ground side switched, would look for a control box or module
Sometimes on-line parts sites will have a diagram of the components they sell as they would sit in the vehicle

Just a suggestion

Sounds like the radiator fan relay is bad. Test it.

If the relay is fine, continuity test the Blu and Blk wires.

I broke my meter so I jumpered the blue and blk wires on the relay and the fan kicked on. Ordering a new relay now, thanks!
