LS 4th and 5th gear swap into GSR transmission
Been 10 plus years since working on hondas but recently picked up a DC gsr. There’s probably many posts on here but was wondering if someone has a good write up a “how to” on LS 4th and 5th gear swap in a GSR transmission with pics.

Fourth gear is going to require that you change 3rd as well AND change the 3/4 slider AND 3/4 shift fork... the LS parts have a smaller overall diameter on these parts compared to the B16/GSR/ITR. The 5th gear replacement is a drop in affair... easy peasie.

Buy an LS transmission, that is what you will have after changing out 3/4/5, unless you want the GSR dual cone synchro on 2nd.
