Just bought a 94 Del sol and I need help
This is my first Honda Del sol and I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere. It rained and when I started the car up and drove around my court (learning stick) I noticed a lot of wet spots. It wasn’t any type of fluid I’m pretty sure it’s only water. The inside of the car was muggy too but it wasn’t wet anywhere. Tips or help for a new Del sol owner

if it helps anyone answer my question, my mechanic told me yesterday that water might be going into the back window and ill need to go to a body shop.
If it's not the weatherstripping, it will likely be the drain plugs underneath the cargo compartment. Those have a tendency of clogging up. Do you hear a "swooshing" sound when you take sharp turns? If so, it's the drain tubes. There is one on each side.
thanks for the heads up, I didn’t know that! Due to me just learning stick, I haven’t had to make any major turns but then again the guy I got it from had the resonator removed so the cars a little louder. Not too bad though.

Yes, you have to remove that black colored window mechanism. Just a bunch of 10mm bolts and a wire harness plug.
@NVturbo tf that’s so weird lol. will it spill all over the place? Like should I try to get something to take the excess water out (if this is the issue) first before I check on it so that it’s not like a waterfall? Maybe draino will help 😂 thanks for the pics btw
no it won't. It's actually sealed with white silicone on the inside. Once you remove the window mechanism compartment out, use a unsharpened pencil to unclog the tube. Like a sink, you will see the water drain down. Afterwards, pour some warm/hot water down the tubes to clear them out.
