Default Sgt Spark is a newbie about a possible Engine build, but needs guidance.

Hi guys, I want to know what would be the best for the power/build I want to make.

First of all, I'm not a Honda pro, so please be cool with me (I Love Honda).

So, I want to build a B series engine, (remove the B20 as I'm going with booooost). But I don't know what engine take.
I'm thinking of taking a B18A1 or B1, put Type-R head, 272's cam, valve and valve spring (complete build head) or a Vtec head if Type-R is no good. and put a JacksonRacing Supercharger (root supercharger). ARP head and wheel studs, 2.5" good brand of exhaust for air flow, No cat, Vibrant Res, K-Tuned Turn Down Muffler 2.5".
- Power I want to make with 4.4 Type-R trans LSD: 300WHP max, I'll be happy with 260WHP

I'm in a budget right now, but when the engine will start, I will have all the money to spend. (Don't make my engine cost 40K)
I already have a fuel pomp Walbro 255LPH installed. I might go with DW injector.

That's my plan so far, tell me if it's good or no.
Oh, and a Hondata S300 ECU, Maybe K series coil pack.

I almost forget that, I want that on the idle, my engine sound cammed (that's why the 272's cam as it's the most aggresif cam for the Honda Engine.)

Forget the rest, My track car would be a expensive track/daily monster :D (willwood BBK, HSD suspension, Full Metal to Metal bushing, Canards, splitter, bumper cut, difuser, huge wing, Caged, You know what I'm going for)

You're excited, and that's cool, but you're going to get flamed for your post. Take some time and start searching this forum (especially the Forced Induction section) and other forums for similar setups, and see what others have done. You aren't blazing a trail, so just follow other successful builds. Now, to deal with some of your questions / comments. Hopefully some of my comments will get you on the right track of you helping yourself find the information you're looking for.

Assuming you aren't talking about the B20A from an Accord or Prelude, the B20 is already a B-series engine in the sense that most people think of them, so no need to remove it if all you're looking for is a B-series engine. There are VTEC B-series engines and Non-VTEC B-series engines.

or a Vtec head if Type-R is no good.
A Type-R head is one of several VTEC heads you can choose from.

ARP head and wheel studs
Skip the wheel studs unless you need them. A waste of $.

This is a reasonable goal. What kind of chassis and what kind of driving will you be doing?

People are making 400whp on stock B18C1's, so if all you're looking for is 260-300 whp, just get a stock GS-R engine.
