Hey HT, I found this first gen 3rd brake light with a “CR-V” overlay and I would like to know if it is factory option or if someone just cutout crv and put it over the light. I know this was a thing for Honda to do as an option in the 90s for civic’s, specifically the “coupe” 3rd brake light. So if anyone knows the details, lmk! Searching came back empty and the one brocure I found didn’t mention it or have a pic with this 3rd brake light.
I'm pretty sure that is just a vinyl overlay. In a facebook group I'm in I see this company sell plastic slip covers for the 1st gen thrid brake light.
