Default 98 h22 prelude head gasket replacement and timing

I am going to replace my prelude head gasket . Just wondering if I just put the engine at TDC and loosen the timing belt and slide it off, after I replace the gasket I put the belt back and tighten the tensioner bolt?

remember to new all the seals and gaskets as well + water pump

could be also wise to put manual timing belt tensioner there...

Obviously there are many more steps in there, but having the engine at TDC before you start will make it the easiest. I would also suggest doing a manual tensioner while you are in there, and water pump, crank and cam seals, balance shaft seals, distributor o-ring, cam cap, valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals, and possibly water pipe o-rings. The water pipe o-rings, I have tried a few options, and the only ones that fit right and don't leak are the O.E. Honda ones...

I just had the timing belt job done 3 months back. New belts, auto tensioner, water pump, cam seal and crank seal replaced. The car started to overheat and had to do leak down test and it bubbles from the radiator. I dont to go through hole timing process it is pita lol. I am just wondering if i just can loosen the tensioer bolt and remove the timing belt ,have the head checked first and slide in new head gasket and install the timing belt back and tension the bolt
