Loosing power when i step on the gas

Im loosing power when i step on the gas it kinda chokes and i just changed my v tec solinoid today it made a little noise while i was driving like something was on the motor could of been a nut im hoping.

I have an ‘02 ULEV Accord thats doing the same thing. Haven’t figured it out yet.
