Icon4 93 Del Sol auto with shifting issues

I just bought a 1993 Del Sol and it's having shifting issues.

Description:
So it takes forever for the transmission to switch from 1st to 2nd then by the time it does the car is ready to switch to 3rd, so it's a very short 2nd gear.

My thoughts:
I immediately thought Shift Solenoid!... the 2nd gear shift solenoid must be the issue, so I tried to find a new solenoid for the transmission but so far I have only been able to find a (TCC) Torque Converter Clutch solenoid. I'm not sure how an auto transmission can work without shift solenoids.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I also have a code 22 that I'm looking into.

I tightened the cable that comes from the throttle to the transmission, that fixed the shifting issues. I'm still working on the code 22.
