Tires Rubbing
I have a little situation, I have 17 inch Konig Tantrums ( 205/40/17) on Kuhmo Tires. I just had installed Neuspeed Sport Spring with Koni Shocks. While driving the car it feels Great, but i notice a little rubbing when I go over dips and when I go into gas staions and parking lots with a little slope to them. When i went to check it out today, i noticed that my tire is being eaten up on the inside part, I removed a bunch of Tire shred from within the wheelwell in the fronts alone. Any Ideas why it is rubbing so much?
you need camber kit
your wheels are like this:
/-----------------\
and normal:
|-------------------|
your wheel rubs because the upper part of your tires are closer to the body now so you'll have less clearence and the fact that negtive camber will wear your inner treads more.
Hope this helps

hmm thats interesting. when i had 17s with those same size tires and 40 offset.. i only rubbed when i hit a fatass ditch or when i busted a u-turn too fast. actually.. you know what... what youre experiencing is normal. however, it should be too bad.
