Default tires rubbing!!

i have 17's on my hatch, whenever i take turns pretty damn fast the body rubs the tires. it's starting to take some tear out of the outside of my right rear tire. my car does not sit low at all, sits about stock level. im planning on getting 15" rims but i want to lower it.... any suggestions??

How wide are your tires? I run 205's on 7 inch width. No rubbing there

if u have wear on the outside then your camber is off if its lowered they should be leaning in not out..get a camber kit and adjust it right and u should have no problems unless your tucking tires.

stop taking turns fast with the 17's!!! put the 15's on and get it aligned. or drop it some first(with the 15's), then get the camber kit and alignment

You already found a solution. Get the 15s and lower your car and get it aligned.

Either get the 15s as everyone said or roll the fenders. Your tire is rubbing the fender lip and the lip is tearing your tire up. Mine did this at first, I rolled fenders and it fixed the problem.
