Rears are easy. Buy a five lug swap and move the whole trailing arm over, or if you prefer to keep the DA trailing arms swap the spindle off of the ITR arm onto your DA arm and go. Fronts **should** be as simple as pressing out the original hubs and pressing in ITR hubs, but you can confirm that on your own. Poke around on RockAuto.com and see if you can match up the id of the DA wheel bearings to the id of the DC wheel bearings and you will have your answer.

 

Rears are direct bolt on. Fronts, the ITR spindles are useless. You need to machine the ITR hub to fit the DA wheel bearing and use your DA spindles.

 

Yeah, it's as simple as taking the hub and bearing and knuckle to a machine shop and saying 'make this fit that'
