Default Idle Surge After Working On My Car?

Ok, I replaced a starter on my 06 Accord today. I had to remove the intake manifold because the starter is located under it. I replaced the gasket on the manifold after putting on the new starter.

I decided to remove the coolant overflow reservoir out the way for more room. I think when I took the reservoir off it maybe sucked in some air into the coolant and created the surge but I may be wrong.

I don't know what I did wrong but I'm leaning towards there being air in the coolant.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

If you suspect the air being in the coolant, then let the engine run with the radiator cap off and see if there is any bubbles are coming out... I would let it run till the fan kicks on. Or, did you touch the IAC?
