code 4, b16 in ek 98, checked everything please help someone changed distributer and same code on start up this sucks bad...

whoa, that freaked me out, I'm in Bellingham also. What does code 4 mean? Did you reset the ECU after you swapped the distributor?

Edit- if for some reason you didn't or don't know how, just unhook the negative battery terminal for 15 seconds or so, then re check the code/fire up.
