I have an Accord 2008 2.4 V tech Automatic i just noticed that the amber warning light came on and the 'D' for driving symbol flashes as well as a ring gear flashing on dashboard.I pulled to the side of the road and switched off when i started engine the light disappeared.

 

If it comes on again, you should get it scanned to determine what the issue is.
