NEED HELP! Grinding noise after brake job
I have a honda accord 2000 coupe v6 3.0, and I changed out the front brake pads. I had to replace the caliper bracket, boots and pins on the driver side as well. I am no expert but I tried to make sure the pins were greased properly etc. When I put it all back together and drove it, there was a constant grinding noise coming from the driver side, no matter if I was braking or not. When I pulled out to drive around the cul-de-sac, the sound ceased to be constant but is making the grinding noise in a constant cadence/pattern depending on how fast the car is going. I took everything off to make sure the clips for the brakes weren't scraping the rotor, but that didn't change anything. Any Ideas?? I need to get this fixed quick, so any input is appreciated!!
(Thought: will the above symptoms happen if the pins aren't sliding freely enough? I tried to make sure they did but just want to check my bases)

For Honda vehicles you must use a silicone based lubricant on the pins, like Sil-Glyde. When you compressed the caliper piston did it retract smoothly?

I would advise bleeding the front calipers if it passes a visual.
It could be anything, really, though, I dont think sticking pads make a "grinding" noise. Metal on metal does that. I would jack up the car, put it in nuetral and spin the wheel by hand. You should be able to pinpoint where it is at. You might have to do this at all 4 wheels, so, be prepared.
