Looking to see what setup everyone else is using. Just post what setup you're using, your spring rates (if you know them), what you use the car for, and how the car feels when its driven (stiff, bouncy, good, ect.)!

 

My setup
380/400 gc koni extended top hats 97 ex civic sedan b swap

With suspension
you gotta get a feel On how you like how you drive

i suggest starting 350/350 and adjus damping
then start with 50lb differences

ive likes 350-450/300-400 with my driving and my state roads

 

Progress CS-II coilovers, stock top hats. 350F/350R

Drive the car every other week to/from work.

Car ride is good, not bad/bouncy...considering the CS-II's aren't adjustable (dampening)

 

This is horribly vague and there are about 5 threads like this already. Are you trying to narrow something down? Get something that goes for your purpose? Find out what's out there? etc. Please be more specific and not make a general thread like this.
