Clunk sound when going over speed bump
91 civic STD. All front suspension parts are new (Front upper control arm, lower control arm, ball joints, steering rack, inner and outer tie rods.)
Just did wheel alignment.
Car drives / handles good. But every time I go over a big speed bump, I hear a clunk sound from the front passenger side suspension.
I thought it was the CV axles, but the issue persists after I replace them with new ones.
Now the only possible cause would be the rod connecting lower control arm and front subframe... Maybe the rubber bushing in the end is bad. Is this issue common? Where I can find replacemment busshing? What is the correct name for this bushing so I can search on ebay?

your rack end bushing (white, plastic, only available from dealer and $11) is bad and needs replacing. i know you listed the rack as new, but its just too common of a failure.
you can check by getting under the car, and shaking the rack in the extended position. any slop is bad.

You're talking about the radius rod bushings. Have you replaced them yet? They kind of sandwich eachother on both sides.
I chased a rack end bushing clunk/chatter for forever, and had several "rebuilds" include a bad bushing. Double check your steering rack end bushing like Tyson said.
Also be aware a battery that isn't mounted can kind of clunk in the same fashion too. If you're missing your battery tiedowns they can cause a good clunk.
