I currently have a 1997 Honda prelude.

I am looking at swapping in a k24a2 engine but need recommendations for what parts are best for this engine.
Such as gearbox, transmission, clutches, etc.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

 

Thats pretty wide topic you have there. You better research what you want but prelude forum is wrong place for K serie engine discussion.

Newer TSX intake cam and RRC Intake Manifold are good upgrades for K24 + 3" exhaust and bigger throttlebody. You might need to get custom header, I dont know how this engine fit in Prelude. JDM K20A's have LSD transmission so you should look into that as well or just try to get the OEM K20A LSD for K24 transmission.
