94 Accord wont start.
I bought a 94 honda accord June 2018, it ran decent, drove it around for a few months then left to go commercial fishing for the summer. When I got back it wouldn't start. I found out the spark plug wells had filled with oil, so I replaced the o rings and valve cover gasket. Whoever did this last time broke two of the cylinder head bolts and just left them. I tested the pressure of each cylinder and they were all at acceptable levels, although the one all the way to the right (furthest from the broken bolts) has way more than a ten percent difference (it was 190 I believe, the 3 left most ones were all around 120-130). I've got spark, the engine is trying to turn over but never makes it. I did the jumper thing to try and get some error codes but the check engine light didnt blink at all.
Any solutions/advice/trouble shooting steps would be appreciated.

Did you get it running? I assume you have fresh battery and fresh fuel. Is the fuel pump running? And is there pressure at the injector rail? Look at the wiring harness carefully, sometimes when a car sits for a while a critter will call it home.
