Hi all,

In about 1500 miles my R will have hit 270K miles. It will be time for its 90K service. It's been many years since I had the last 90K service done at 180K. I can't find my check list of parts needed for the service, and all my old orders from my previous parts place won't show up anymore. So I need your help in jogging my memory for a parts list of the 90k service.

I just have the obvious listed below already:

water pump
timing belt
timing belt tensioner and associated nuts/bolts
camshaft plugs (aka cylinder plugs)

I feel like I ordered more the last 90k service but like I said its been years since I had it done last.

Google search was that much help, but I'm still searching.

I'll also be having a valve adjustment done and clutch replacement done as well, and possibly replacing the steering pump.

So any parts recommendations for the 90k service are welcome. Thanks in advance!

 

Air filter, spark plugs?

 

Does clutch need replacement ? Replaced before ?

 

Cap, rotor, fuel filter.

 

I'm using a K&N filter, I'll have to check when I last cleaned it; plugs,cap,rotor and button, were done at 240K (i always do those at 60k, like clockwork). I will be adding the fuel filter change as well, not sure when I last did it, it can be more than 3 years ago though, maybe 20k miles on the current fuel filter.

Flywheel is warped, current clutch setup has been in the car about 8 years with ~70k-80k on it. This is about the 4th clutch in the car since I bought it brand new back in 98. I will be having the clutch changed as well.

My updated list:
t-belt
t-belt tensioner
water pump
fuel filter
cam seals
crank seal
valve cover gasket (having valve adjustment done)
change all drive belts

tensioner spring 14516-pr4-a00
cam sprocket oil seals 2 ea 91213-pr3-004 if you didn't do them at 180,000 miles.
valve cover gasket set 0611-p73-a03 or 06111-pr4-030 or 12030-p30-000 not many still left out there, but I just got an OEM set from e-bay b18c integra valve cover gasket set verify it fits your car

timing belt tensioner 14510-p30-003 from your list
timing belt 14400-p72-014 from your list
water pump 19200-p72-013 from your list
