Default Oil Leak

There is oil coming from the black cap that goes into the head that is located just about the VTEC solenoid. The leak seems to have been getting faster. Does that little cap just pull out? If so, can I pull it out and reinforce whatever gasket is in there with some gasket maker?? Please help me, this is really annoying me.

The circle thing I am talking about is just to the right and down of the spark plug wires as they are at the end of the head....

You'll need del Sol VTEC parts...

If that's a B16, why do you have a GSR mani? Just curious
