Fuel Filter Washers

2000 Honda Civic Coupe

I have a new fuel filter total 3 washers
Two large and one small
I know the two larger go to the top bolt
I don't where the small one goes

The small copper washer is for the small bolt that closes the test port in the top of the main bolt. If you did not remove the small bolt you don't have to replace the washer.

It does look like the small washer is used in you application, it pressure release is probably on the fuel rail in your car.

Here is a 95 teg that has the pressure release on the filter, yours doesn't have it
