I have a 99 Civic EX. My side chick, my sweet like sugar, my rice rocket lol. I am attempting to build this car on a budget and so far I suck !! I have about 1K invested.
It may seem like a lot of money because I bought my whole a/c system new ps, I live in phoenix az lol

New Slotted
New Brake Caliper
New A/C system
New Shocks
New Adjustable coil overs (Ebay)

This is what I have so far I just recently sold my 95 Civic EX and the 99' civic is cake compared to that car ahahah.
