Default 2008 TSX with high mileage

I just bought my son a 2008 TSX, 5 spd auto that has about 202,000 miles on it.
The car is very clean, runs great, etc.... but am a little concerned about the miles....
any maintenance or checks or anything that I should consider to make the car stays in the best possible mechanical condition?
clean carfax and various services done on it but not many details provided.... I

I have had hondas for years but this is my first Acura.... with my hondas I was always told and followed the the rule that around 100k miles yo should replace the timing chain, water pump, etc...
same thinking here?
Thanks in advance for any feedback I can get here on the car...

Starter, passenger side door lock actuator, swaybar endlinks, hvac/display not operating and the glove box not opening are the main issues I've noticed with TSX's.

Not sure about when to change a timing belt or waterpump in these. Curious as well since I recently picked one up.

Amazing.. Never had to do any of that... No one I knew with one in our area did either. Just check oil more often than usual for oil consumption ( possibly main seal leak) so that the timing chain doesn't stretch. .. (plus I had 185,500 miles when I sold mine.)

I believe it's mostly a concern with timing belt equipped Hondas. From what I've read, K-series timing chain wear is mitigated by making sure you maintain your oil level.

*edit* - I've heard the same as TheShodan.
