I just found a set of mounts from junk yard. The car was B20 swapped but the wiring part was never finished.

I took the mounts out and found the poly bushings are somehow moved out of steel barrels... Please see below pictures. Shouldn't the poly bushing be flush with the edge of the steel barrel???

Are those mounts any good? Should I hammer the poly bushings in to make them flush? Will they move out again down the road?

Or I should scrap those mounts and get better quality ones?

 

I think if you push them back in. Once installed they should not back out.

 

yeah they are fine. once theyre bolted up they wont be going anywhere.
