Code P0171 too lean on bank 1
i have 2001 Honda Accord ex coupe 3.0l v6 . I have a code P0171 too lean on bank 1. I have changed the following parts: egr valve, idle air control valve, both o2 sensors, fuel pressure regulator, intake manifold, fuel injectors, MAP sensor and new spark plugs. I’m still having issues. Upon cold start it takes a few tries to get it started and runs really rough. We have checked for vacuum leaks, none present. We had a diagnostic done and they said leaky fuel injectors but were incorrect as they we changed. Once it warms up it seems to run good. I’m out of suggestions, anyone run across a similar issue?
Cylinder compression test
Cylinder leak down test
Valve adjustment
Also, just because the injectors were replaced, doesn't mean that there isn't an issue with the wiring or maybe the ECU itself.

Yes too leak is a leak. If you have a scan tool as you monitor it. Spray carb or starter fluid where the intake meets the head . Look for a change in engine speed and o2 change in the other direction. .09 meaning now rich. The theory is you are compensating (air fuel mixture) you are adding fuel the extra air it is sucking in. This means you have vacuum leak like a bad gasket o torn hose etc.
