I've got a lot of water building up on the passenger floor. When you take a turn with the blower motor on, you can hear the water hitting the fan. Obviously the drain tube is clogged. However I have no means of jacking the car up to get to the end of the hose, and its lowered so I can't just get my head under there. I can see the end of it under the dash, but there's like less than an inch to work with. I also have no air compressor to blow it out. What would my options be?
