Default which transmission to use for 91 EF std B20 swap

I've been trying to get parts ready for the swap. There are tons of JDM B20 engines for sale online, but I don't find a lot of transmission options out there. I understand I need B series cable clutch tranny, but a lot of transmission online are hydro. What is the exact model and year that I should be looking for ? What is a good source for the transmission? Ebay doesn't have a lot of transmissions last time I searched.

Thanks

the 1990 and 1991 acura integra
those were the cable b series trans

and if you cant find one
then you can always get a hydro trans and then convert to hydro
but that cost a bit more money

i have a spare b series cable trans that i have as a back up for my car
i dont know where you live or if your interested?

You could use an A1 S1 Y1 or YS1 transmission. I believe the A1 and S1 were used here in the US on Integras and the Y1 was in the JDM cars. YS1 would be best as it has short gears, big spline, and stronger syncros. I had a Y1 with my turbo b20 swap and loved the short gears but the clutches are harder to find and my 3rd gear synchro was gone. Try car-part.com
