I have a 1994 Honda accord ex 2.2 vtec one day i came out of work and my engine was shaking in a very rough way and I checked the oil it was good i even put some to be sure I changed the spark plug wires the spark plugs i replaced the cap and rotor and the distributor the car burned through 2 pairs of spark plugs in a month i have no idea what to do next after changing everything it shakes and stays at about 200 rpms ready to just shut off any info on how to fix this would help thank you.

 

is the check engine light on, or flashing while you drive?

Verify mechanical timing, ensure that your cam and crank are lined up. belt may have jumped a tooth.

When was the last time you had the valve adjustment checked?

Check the compression and perform leak down tests on all 4 cylinders.
