Default Clutch pedal goes soft.

Hey guys. A month ago my master and slave cylinder went out on my clutch in my 99 Civic sedan Lx . So I changed my master and slave cylinder for my clutch pedal and I flushed the system out and replaced it with new fluid because the old fluid looked grey and nasty. Here it is a month later and my clutch pedal is going soft again. Fluid looks grey again too. And I can't seem to see any leaks coming from any lines. Is there something else going on?

Did you replace with new? It sounds like you replaced with used and there was water in the used parts.

No everything I replaced was new. I never replace with used parts.
