I have a 99 civic ex coupe 5spd, the other week my steering rack broke, ended up breaking the clock spring in the process of moving the car home. Called around dealer only part for almost $500!! So instead I picked up an entire column for cheap off a junk yard. Came out of a running driving car. Donor car is a 98 ex coupe auto. Swapping it out wass a snap. Now the car won't start. Dinger dings when key is turned on but does nothing. What's the issue? Thank you all.
