Default Car almost dies

My idle has been really fishy lately. It will idle steady at 800 then drop to the lowest point on the tach. More apparent when cold. Or when I put it in gear move about 2k rpm and push in the clutch the idle will fall below 800 to almost stalling a few times then hold steady. I’ve cleaned out the IACV and readjusted the idle. Changed the dizzy cap, and spark plugs are newer.

I’m also getting code 43. I’ve tried a different map sensor and it didn’t help. A bad 02 sensor couldn’t be doing all of this could it

Any help is appreciated it’s a b16a in a eg

There’s no problems starting the car or cooling issues at all
