Default Wiring a 95 JDM B16A Sec. Gen. into a 93 Civic Si Hatch

I know i have to wire the knock sensor, but is there any other manual wiring that has to be done? I am using a chipped p30 ecu with the Si harness.

if you have a chipped ecu chances are your knock sensor is deleted.

Not nessesarly. You actually have to request it be removed when getting the chip.
