What to change out my old steering wheel for a newer one but the torx bolts are way different then another I've seen....is there a tool for this or any easier way to take out this bolt on the steering wheel for the air bag? Thanks

 

That looks like a safety screw head to me. I've never seen one used to hold an airbag in, but that might be a recent thing with the Takata airbag recall.
