hi I have a 06 accord 4 cylinder which I owned from day one.
Last week I was driving to the airport at 4 am an I noticed that when the compressor turned on the dashboard lights, head lights radio etc would turn off for a split second. It took a while to figure what was going on but as soon as I turned the ac off everything worked fine.
When I got from my trip the place where I left my car had the ac cranking but now my check engine light was on. I assume from this. The car was nice and cold but I turned it off and drove home.
The battery is about a year old and I checked the volts with the car running an it was 14. With the ac running it went to 13.9. Which seams good

any suggestions would be appreciated
