I have a 2000 honda civic with a b20 motor and a p28 ecu so obd1 motor to obd2 wiring harness to obd1 cpu. my cpu on pin 12 shows power when you hit the key instead of ground. I have no crank shaft sensor. and my main relay isn't engaging fuel pump only .. due to pin 12 please help it started a few days ago now it just cranks and cranks
