Hi all, I'm hoping you guys can steer me in the right direction. I inherited a 2008 Honda Ruckus when my sister passed away four years ago, and it's been sitting this whole time. I put in a new battery, but it doesn't seem to even power the lights. I'm looking for the best manual to buy to begin troubleshooting the issue. Any suggestions? The Honda Service Manual is over 100 bucks on eBay, which I'll pay if I need to, just wondering if there's a cheaper route. Thanks for any info!!!
