Default Assistance request: 94 Integra B20B. Multiple issues w/ chipped ECU, Harness, etc

What’s up everyone, need help with my 94 Integra. It has a jdm obd2 b20. I’m having issues with the check engine light on and the car seems like it’s not throwing any codes from the computer. The car also doesn’t rev past 3,500 rpms. The engine harness was modified to compensate for the obd2 as well. I was told by a friend that the car could be in limp mode and that there is something wrong with the computer. If I’m not mistaken the computer is also chipped, I believe it’s a p75. Does anyone have a contact that could help me out? O live down in Miami, FL thanks

start with computer. you ahve obd1 car and computer. with obd2 motor.....
the difference is crank position sensor.
obd1 crank sensor is in dizzy
obd2 is at the oil pump.
use obd1 dizzy.
or from your dizzy plug find crank sensor wires and wire to sensor on crank(oil pump area).....omgbbqlolrofl
