Default Turbo Hatch Cranks but doesn’t start

Good morning. I’m new to this forum. So sorry if this has been covered in another post . I have a 1996 boosted hatch. It has a fully built ls vtec. Running on e85 fuel . I started the car in March and let it idle for about a minute . After that I changed the intake manifold to a victor x. Car sat until last Sunday. Tried to start the car again Car won’t start. I checked the spark plugs and they were all fouled out . I drained the tank and put fresh e85 to eliminate bad fuel as the problem .I replaced the plugs. Car still won’t start. Car has spark for sure . Vehicle has 45psi fuel pressure while cranking. The engine light stays on when I turn the ignition on and prime the pump . I try to jump it by the blue connector but nothing happens at all. I can’t get the engine light to flash . I am seeking assistance because I’m not sure what the problem is and I would really like to drive my car .. thanks in advanced

How can you trust me ? That statement is unnecessary. I removed a plug wire and attached it to a spark plug. All 4 cylinders are sparking . Compression has been checked and all cylinders have more than adequate compression

yes your correct . Fuel has been eliminated as the issue . Sometimes it will give you a sputter as if it would start and then it flattens out again

Go back over everything that was touched when you swapped the intake manifold. IAT and MAP sensor, IACV.... two of those have plugs that can get mixed up I think.

Next, what ecu and engine management are you using?

appreciate that bro. I was thinking that this morning on my way to work. I know that the map and tps can be mixed up. . I’m going to have to find a wiring diagram to verify the wire colors for each one .. I’m running a chipped p72 on chrome Basemap was prepared by xenocron

When you swapped intake manifolds, did you swap all of your old sensors over to the new one? Using the same throttle body and TPS or a different one? Same MAP sensor?
