B series Clutch release Throwout bearing( hydraulics)
Would a 90-93 Release throwout bearing fit a 96-00 ? Reason Im asking is because I called Acura and they didnt have any In and when i search for a 96-00 clutch release throwout bearing 90-93 only pops up ?
I could be wrong but I don’t think so, I remember having to change mine when I changed transmissions
'90-93 "B" series throw out bearings are designed for a cable release arm and is TOTALLY different than the hydraulic release bearing that is found in the '94-01 "B" series transmissions, and therefore, NOT interchangeable.
Thanks really appreciate the help you’ve been ! Acura didn’t have any in stock they only had the one for cables at the moment and an auto part store had one for 40 something but dont know if I should go with it I like using Oem parts
'90 - 91 and '92 - '93 Integra don't even use the same release bearings. Parts store is fine in this case. Chances are it's made by NSK anyway.
You might be confusing the clutch disc with the release bearing... the disc is different for the years you have stated, but the release bearing is all the same from '90-93.
