Default power drops, engine heats up going uphill 40 to 50 m/h

1994 Accord had multiple strange problems. Things replaced and worked on, from putting a used PCM and air control things and injectors to flashing all cooling sys. Each time was an improvement which, alas, lasted short and or transformed into something else. Being way beyond rookie-level, I am still unfamiliar with vtec and only started to guess today that they all work different (live alone particular PCM software) and - probably - I have F22B1 (US).
From the snapOn stream I can't figure out much, except for:
~When dash gauge starts climbing up (not only above 1mm below middle, but continuously wants to end in the red zone), from PCM the reading still around 100C +/- 3dgr;
~VT solenoid and switch operate, though not logically - to me - with the load/no load;
~spark advance is always too high, cruising or accelerating, somewhat 47deg and up to 60-smth or more;
~the TPS is suspiciously - to me - always low: 1.25V on no pedal (or 10%) but never more then 2.1 - 2.2 volts, though smooth changing.

Sometimes the temp tries to go higher just on a hway but never too serious but always starting uphill and about 2.8 - 3100rpm power starts dropping from which point temp goes up even quicker.
I assume literally EVERYTHING IS replaced and or tested, except for vvt- switch on the valve (2-wire). Or PCM's -"logic" of acting (like on a huge dealership computer).

Any input is greatly appreciated,

sounds like a wiring harness issue. try known good engine wiring harness, make friends with electrical systems engineer, look for damaged or hacked wiring in engine bay and under dash.
