93 Accord LX Brakelight Issue
The driver side brakelights (quarter panel and truck lid) weren't coming on but the others were, so I figured it might just be the bulbs rather than a fuse problem. I changed the driver side bulbs out, which fixed the light on the truck lid, but the one on the quarter panel still wasn't coming on. Even more odd was that now the passenger side truck lid brakelight wasn't coming on the passenger quarter panel one was whereas they had no issues before. Did some more reading online and figured it was the failure sensor. I installed it on the driver side since those lights were the ones that originally went out. The driver side truck lid brakelight still doesn't come on while all the others do.
I've checked to make sure I had the right bulb, checked for corrosion on the connection, checked all of the wiring connections and I can't find anything wrong. I've even swapped the new failure sensor to both sides and the issue persists. Do I need to buy another failure sensor or is there something else going on here that I'm missing. Thanks!
